ProBikers is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age required by local law.
2. No Knowing Collection from Underage Users
We do not knowingly collect personal data from users below the applicable minimum age.
3. If Underage Data Is Identified
If we become aware of an underage account or underage data collection, we take reasonable steps to disable access, remove data where appropriate, and apply account restrictions.
4. Parent or Guardian Requests
Parents or guardians may contact admin@pplsttech.com to request review, access, correction, or deletion of data associated with a potentially underage user.
5. Age Misrepresentation
If age information appears inaccurate or intentionally misrepresented, we may request verification and limit account functionality until the issue is resolved.
6. Regional Requirements
Where local law sets higher age thresholds or additional parental-consent standards, those requirements apply.
