Your Right to Delete Your Data
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. We are committed to making this process simple and transparent.
What Data We Store
The following data is associated with your Ridercom account:
- Account profile: Name, email address, profile photo URL.
- Channel history: List of recently joined channels, pinned channels.
- Channel participation: Your active status in any voice channel you are currently in.
What Data We Do NOT Store
- Voice recordings: We never record or store any voice audio.
- Location data: We do not collect your location.
- Messages: The App does not have text messaging.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:
Option 1: In-App Deletion
You can delete your account directly within the App. This will immediately remove all your personal data from our systems.
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to admin@pplsttech.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:
- The email address associated with your Ridercom account.
- Your display name (if known).
What Happens When You Delete Your Data
Upon account deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your user profile (name, email, photo).
- Your recent channels history.
- Your participation records from any channels.
- Any pinned channel preferences.
This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Processing Time
- In-App deletion: Immediate.
- Email requests: Processed within 7 business days.
Third-Party Data
Your authentication data (managed by Google or Apple) is separate from Ridercom. Deleting your Ridercom account does not delete your Google or Apple account. To manage your Google or Apple data, please refer to their respective privacy settings.
