How do voice channels work?
From the Channels section, you can join recent channels or create/share channel access in-app where supported. Microphone permission is required.
Are channels recorded by default?
Our public policies do not state that channels are recorded by default. For current handling and legal conditions, refer to the latest Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Android Auto and Apple CarPlay
Does ProBikers support Android Auto and Apple CarPlay?
Yes. ProBikers includes in-car experiences for supported navigation, follow, and channel workflows.
Why do I see "Open ProBikers to continue" in my car display?
This appears when the mobile app is not ready/running for the in-car bridge. Open ProBikers on your phone and keep it active to continue.
What happens if location permission is not granted for in-car navigation?
The car UI shows a location-permission-required message and navigation does not start until permission is granted on your phone.
What happens if microphone permission is not granted for in-car channel join?
The car UI shows a microphone-permission-required message. Join will proceed only after microphone permission is granted on your phone.
Can I join a channel from my phone while Android Auto/CarPlay is open?
Yes. If you join from phone, the in-car UI should move to the active channel state automatically.
Do I need to unlock my phone while riding?
Set permissions before riding whenever possible. Avoid handling your phone while in motion and follow local traffic laws and safety guidance.
Account and Deletion
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from in-app Settings. You can also request deletion via admin@pplsttech.com. See Account & Data Deletion Policy.
Do I need the app installed to request account deletion?
No. You can request deletion by email even if the app is not installed.
How long does deletion take?
We process deletion requests after verification and legal checks. Timelines vary by request type and applicable law. See Account Deletion & Data Removal.
Privacy and Data
What data does ProBikers process?
Depending on your features used, this can include account/profile data, communication/activity data, location and ride context data, device/app diagnostics, uploaded content, and safety-related actions.
Do you publish a full list of service providers?

How do I submit a privacy rights request?

Permissions, Location, and Safety
Does ProBikers use location data?
Yes, for map/navigation, follow mode, events, and related ride/safety features when enabled and permitted by you.
Can I control location permissions?
Yes. You can manage permissions at any time through device settings and in-app behavior controls.
How do I report abuse, harassment, or unsafe behavior?
Use in-app reporting where available or email admin@pplsttech.com. Include screenshots, user identifiers, and relevant timestamps if possible.
Is ProBikers an emergency response service?
No. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
