2. Required Information
- Agency and officer identity
- Jurisdiction and legal authority
- Case reference and scope of request
- Specific account identifiers and timeframe
- Type of data requested and legal process attached (if applicable)
3. Review Standards
We review requests for legal validity, scope, and proportionality. We may reject overly broad or invalid requests.
4. Emergency Requests
For imminent risk of death or serious physical harm, clearly mark requests as emergency and include supporting facts. Emergency requests are still reviewed under applicable legal requirements.
5. Preservation Requests
Where legally appropriate, we may preserve relevant records for a limited period while awaiting valid legal process.
6. User Notice
Where permitted by law and safety constraints, we may notify affected users of requests for their data.
7. Data Minimization
