1. Filing a Takedown Notice
To report alleged copyright infringement, send a notice to admin@pplsttech.com.
2. Notice Requirements
- Your contact information
- Description of the copyrighted work
- Location/identifier of allegedly infringing content
- Good-faith statement of unauthorized use
- Accuracy statement under penalty of perjury
- Physical or electronic signature
3. Processing
After receiving a facially valid notice, we may remove or disable access to reported content and notify affected users where legally appropriate.
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a legally valid counter-notice with required statements and signature to the same contact address.
5. Repeat Infringers
Accounts with repeated infringement claims may be restricted or terminated.
6. Misrepresentation
Submitting false or misleading takedown/counter-notice claims may result in liability under applicable law and account enforcement actions.
